When equity is changing hands, we are in your corner.

When you already have a deal in hand and need someone to help walk you across the finish line, Punctuation has you covered. Whether selling to or buying from an outside company or an internal employee, we are well versed in the sale process from both sides of the table.

Why choose Punctuation?

You have a business to run and don’t have time to learn the M&A industry, for one. But more importantly, a second set of eyes and a perspective based on years of experience will always pay for itself in the long run.
We are creative problem solvers.
People come to deals with unique perspectives and needs, and we are adept at solving for each side’s priorities.
We know the industry.
We only work with independent marketing, creative and dev shops like yours. We’ve been doing this for 20+ years and know how to structure deals that make sense for both parties.
We shoot straight.
If we don’t think you should do a deal, we’ll tell you, and we’ll tell you why. We truly want the best outcome for you.
